4. Deposits and Refunds

• Refunds for deposits are not issued unless Greene Trucks House is unable to fulfill the order.

5. Trade-Ins

• Trade-in vehicles must be evaluated and accepted by Greene Trucks House. Final trade-in value is determined based on the vehicle’s condition, mileage, and market value.

6. Financing

• Greene Trucks House is not responsible for any financing agreements between the customer and external lenders.

7. Vehicle Warranties

8. Vehicle Condition

• All vehicles sold by Greene Trucks House, whether new or pre-owned, undergo a thorough inspection to ensure they meet our quality standards.
• Buyers are encouraged to review the vehicle and request any additional inspections prior to purchase. Greene Trucks House is not liable for any issues that arise after the sale unless covered by warranty.

9. Delivery and Pickup

10. Limitation of Liability

• Greene Trucks House is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services or products.
• Liability is limited to the purchase price of the vehicle.

11. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the purchase of a vehicle from Greene Trucks House shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Atlanta, GA.
