1. Vehicle Sales Are Final

All vehicle sales, including cars and trucks, at Greene Trucks House are final once the purchase is completed. We encourage customers to thoroughly inspect and test drive vehicles before finalizing their purchase. Refunds will not be provided for completed sales unless explicitly stated in a written agreement or required by law.

2. Non-Refundable Deposits

Any deposits made to reserve a vehicle are non-refundable. These deposits are applied toward the final purchase price but are forfeited if the buyer chooses not to complete the purchase.

3. Refunds for Canceled Orders

If a vehicle order is canceled before the final sale is completed (e.g., before signing paperwork or transferring funds), a partial refund may be considered, excluding non-refundable deposits and any fees incurred by Greene Trucks House during the vehicle preparation process.

4. Exceptions for Defective Vehicles

In the unlikely event that a vehicle purchased from Greene Trucks House is found to have a significant mechanical issue that was not disclosed at the time of sale, we will work with the customer to resolve the issue, either through repairs or, in some cases, a refund or exchange. All mechanical issues must be reported within 7 days of purchase, and the vehicle must not have exceeded 500 miles since delivery.

5. Refunds for Extended Warranties and Add-Ons

If you have purchased an extended warranty, service plan, or any add-ons (e.g., customizations or accessories), these items may be refundable within a specific time frame, usually 30 days. Refunds for these items will only be provided if they have not yet been used or activated.

6. Trade-Ins

Trade-in vehicles are evaluated and agreed upon during the purchase process. Once a trade-in vehicle is accepted and the transaction is complete, no refunds or returns of the trade-in vehicle are allowed.

7. Financing Cancellations

If you have arranged financing through Greene Trucks House and wish to cancel the financing agreement, please note that you may be subject to the lender’s terms for cancellation. Any changes to financing agreements must be handled directly with the lender.

8. Return of Funds

In the event that a refund is granted, Greene Trucks House will issue the refund through the original payment method within 14 business days. If the payment was made via financing, the refund process may be managed through your financial institution.

9. No Refunds on Fees

Fees related to taxes, registration, title, and documentation are non-refundable once the sale is completed. Any third-party services such as vehicle shipping or delivery arranged through Greene Trucks House are also non-refundable once the service has been fulfilled.
